As healthcare professionals, we spend our days responding to people in real-time, adapting to what’s in front of us, and making decisions that require both logic and intuition. It’s creativity in action.

But when we’re burnt out, running on autopilot, or overwhelmed, our ability to be fully present and tap into our creativity can starts to fade.

I wanted to currate experiences that pull us out of our usual routines, spark curiosity, and remind us what it feels like to truly see the world and be present. Because when we step into something new- whether it’s art, movement, nature, or a totally unfamiliar environment- it shifts the way we engage with everything else, including our work
