🎨 Handbuilding Pottery Session
Explore handbuilding techniques like pinching, slab building, and painting with underglaze to craft your own functional pottery. With 1 kilo of clay at your disposal, the creative possibilities are endless! Bring your ideas (or we’ll help you brainstorm), and use moulds, stamps, and rollers to add unique flair to your pieces**
✨ Integrative Coaching and Reflection
Alongside the pottery session, we’ll weave in coaching elements to help you tap into your creativity, build connections, and spark fresh energy for your everyday life and clinical practice.
🍪 Delicious Treats
Enjoy goodies from one of my favourite local spots to keep you fuelled and inspired (think organic, gluten-free, dairy free and DELICIOUS).
Whether you create a mug, a dish, or something entirely unique, the goal is to leave recharged, reconnected, and inspired to invite more playfulness into your days.
No experience? No problem! Our friendly instructor will be there to guide and support you from start to finish.
