Pressing Pause- 30-Minute Reset Meditation

I’ve always found that meditation not only helps calm my nervous system but brings new perspective on the things that are worrying more or making me anxious. The following recording is a 30-minute yoga nidra practice to help get you out of your head and back into your body and heart (something we especially need during these challenging times💜) Find yourself a comfy space to lay down, make sure you have some warm blankets and pillows to support you and just press play!

Please know that if your mental health is suffering there are so many supports that exist! We should remember that this is absolutely the time to lean on each other.
