30 Days of Journal Prompts

So much can be processed when you put pen to paper. Getting things out of my head and on to paper is a practice that has helped me work through some of my hardest times, decisions and worries. Free writing (just writing down the running voice in your head) is my favourite but sometimes we need a little inspiration so I have 30 days worth of journal prompts for you so that you can start getting comfortable with the practice!
