I am a physiotherapist by trade but you don’t have to be a physiotherapist in order to work with me! I work with all sorts of health care professionals including chiropractors, osteopaths, doctors and strength and conditioning coaches.
Yes. Right now all of my group programming is all female. Why you ask? It just seems to be the population who has reached out to me and seems to be desiring coaching the most. I am in no way saying that men do not need coaching nor do they experience challenges in practice. If you’re a dude and want to do 1:1 reach out!
I always use the analogy that mentoring is like giving you training wheels- it’s telling you whats worked historically, sharing experience and offering quick solutions. Coaching is teaching you how to ride the bike- it draws on your own innate knowledge, promotes your long-term understanding of your skills and behaviour.
